These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply when you visit lifeureka.com, lifeureka.nl, or any other website operated by KVHeeren B.V. ("Lifeureka", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. What this Site is
The Site is a pre-launch informational website for the Lifeureka project. Through it, you can:
- Learn about Lifeureka and the topics we plan to cover
- Join the waitlist by submitting the signup form
- Contact us through the contact form
The Site does not currently offer products or services for sale. Nothing on the Site is medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. The content is educational in nature only.
3. Your use of the Site
You agree that you will:
- Use the Site only for lawful purposes
- Provide accurate information when you fill out a form
- Not attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or any of our systems
- Not use the Site to send spam, malware, or content that is unlawful, harassing, or harmful
If you breach these Terms, we may restrict or block your access to the Site.

5. Intellectual property
The Site, including its design, text, images, illustrations, logo, the names "Lifeureka", "Life Impact Map™" and "Life Change Anchors™", and the underlying software, is owned by KVHeeren B.V. and protected by Dutch and international intellectual property laws.
You may view and read the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by mandatory law.
6. Third-party links
The Site may include links to websites we don't operate. We're not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Visiting them is at your own risk.
7. Site availability
We try to keep the Site available and working, but we don't promise that it will always be accessible, uninterrupted, or free of errors. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
8. Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. To the extent permitted by Dutch law, we make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the content. 9. Limitation of liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Site will be submitted to the competent court of the Rechtbank Oost-Brabant (Eindhoven), unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
